Gardens to Go contains many wonderful photos to inspire you to created advanced container plantings and groupings for backyard decks, patios, and roof top gardens. Not a beginner book but one geared to the gardener that is interested in using unusual plants including tropicals in mixed arrangements. Contains some guidance on planting containers but the beginning container gardener would be better served reading McGee and Stucky's Bountiful Container. The book is pricey due to the large number of visually stunning photos. See if your library has a copy before commiting to purchase this book but it definitely is not just a coffee table book.
