This is a wonderful book of photographs of small, globoid cactus species (no columnar species included). It has literally thousands of photographs in the 338 pages. I cannot find an ISBN number, but 99% of the book is in Japanese. However, each plant also has a name in English plus a short description in English, and there is an English Index. The photos are excellent and many I have not seen in any other book. I am not sure knowing Japanese would be all that much more helpful as there is very little text in either language. It's obviously a picture book, and a good one at that. It is paperback- I have no idea if there is, or ever was, a hard back version. I also have no idea what it costs as I was given it as a gift.
