I still prefer "Plants of Coastal British Columbia" and the rest of that series over this one but this book does have specific habitat location notes. There is a section in the middle of the book with some nice colour photos and a few keys which are particularly helpful for some of the native conifers. Originally published by the Royal British Columbia Museum.
