A wonderful book devoted totally to the genus Tulipa. It accurately explains the various cultivar divisions, the anatomy of the bulb and flower, tulip culture and care, as well as diseases.
About a third of the book is devoted to color photos of cultivars and explanations of overall characteristics of the various divisions. I found this very helpful.
