You can often find a copy for far less at a local used bookstore, though I'd never sell my copy! It's my favorite gardening book. Of it's 160 pages it has 350 beautiful photographs done by Michelle Garrett. It has information on 40 edible flowers and complementary foods to serve them with. It is chock full of information on how to choose, grow and cook edible flowers (recipes!!!). A real keeper for the serious gardener.
