I wish I had this book when I was writing my silly article on Echeverias. Nice, all inclusive book on the non-hybird Echeverias, with excellent photographs and thorough discussions of 'all' species (John Pilbeam tends to be a bit of a lumper, so some 'species' may be included as synonyms). The book includes a lot of maps of Mexico (where Echeverias are found), classification discussions, a list of synonyms, and a chapter on cultivation. But the bulk of the 333 pages is devoted to an alphabetical (thank you!!) listing of discussion of all the species. This is now THE bible on Echeverias.
