An interesting an informative little book. I'm not sure that sauerkraut can cure all of the ills that this book claims, but the process of making it is described in detail.
There are also several other recipes for various pickled foods made by fermentation.
An uncommon addition to any cooking library.
11-20-14 I've just finished my first batch of sauerkraut using the method described and it came out perfect! I'm officially hooked.
