I got this book for Christmas, and discovered it was missing some pages! The publisher sent me another copy, and I appreciated their prompt service very much.

I am a frugal person, and don't like throwing things away, so I know I will use this book a lot. The authors are former nursery owners, so I trust them. I have already overwintered many plants in my basement (fuchsias, salvias, tuberroses, peppers, cardoon, begonias, dahlias), but who knew that Four O'clocks grow from tubers or that Ocimum americanum is the best basil to overwinter and can grow to hedge-like proportions. This is an exciting book for the adventurous gardener.
