I really liked the book and found it to be creative and fun. I discovered things that could be done with sprouts that I would have never considered, like: making cookies, crackers, milk, cheese, and yogurt, or dehydrating marinaded sprouts for snacking (potato chip substitutes)....yuumm!! It is a pro vegetarian cookbook.
