I have really enjoyed reading Dr. James Roush's book on gardening as he says, in "the world's worst soil and an exasperating climate, all augmented by various man-made and natural catastrophes such as tornadoes, droughts, prairie fires, hail, drenching rains, ice storms, late freezes, boiling summers and seventy mile per hour winds."
I'm savoring each chapter and trying not to read it too quickly because I don't want it to end! He shares gardening information (he is a Master Gardener) along with humorous insights. Many times I would find myself smiling or laughing out loud at his great descriptions.
Highly recommended reading. Hope there are more books to come!
