Softcopy edition: Publish date: March 2008 Published by: S.E.A: Sociedad Entomologica Aragonesa List price: about 18 British pounds ISBN Number: 9788493587222
This is a reference book and there are no pictures except on the cover. It is also a bi-lingual reference book, having been written in both English and Spanish and of course, using scientific names for all butterflies and plants and listing some common names when known. It is exactly what the title describes it to be. This the kind of reference book I have often dreamed about and then thought "no, it would be impossible given the enormous numbers of both butterflies and host plants in this ecoregion." Then I saw the book referenced somewhere and had to read the title three times before I believed what I was reading. Amazon.com reported the book as being "out of stock". I searched for the publisher and discovered the website www.sea-entomologia.org. I wrote to Antonio Melic at amelic@telephonica.net and was able to order a copy from Dr. Melic for 18 euros (I think that was the price). This book is an extraordinary piece of work.

Whoops, excuse me! I notice the book profile indicates the book as costing 18 british pounds. My mistake, I\'m pretty sure the price was 18 euros plus or minus. I can\'t remember exactly but I know that I was able to order the book via email. At any rate, you can write to Antonio Melic and he will have all the details or take a look at the SEA website for further information
