Good book for identifying palm diseases.

Good book on palm diseases and pests. And has some very good information on cultivation of palms. It is a small hardback, easy to read (even for nonscientists like myself) and a definite must for the serious palm grower. However, it doesn't go into any specific discussion of species, and has nearly zero photographs, so it will be of little interest to the general gardener or those who just like to look at great pictures of palms (like myself).
