This is an excellent choice for a reference on Perennial plants. The plant selection is no where near complete but an interesting variety of plants including a how to for each plant. The first portion of the book is devoted to design, care, maintenance and problems.
I have enjoyed this book enough that I will look for the other Ortho All About books too. A good addition to the "green" library!
