As good as the first volume is, this one is a lot better... the entire book is devoted to describing and photographing most of the species of succulents left out of book one, without the geographic divisions in that first volume. There are still a number of missing species, but the photographs are simply incredible. As expensive as the book is, I find it hard to believe there is a large profit in selling it for only $100 since there are so many gorgeous photos in it... must have spent a lot of $$ on the printing! THis book is mostly photos, while the last one was about 1/2 photos.
If I could give this book two stars, I would. Definitely recommend to all who love succulents and weird looking plants.
