A very nice section on the Commonwealth of Kentucky's annual temperatures, precipitation and first and last frost dates. These are listed by town and county maps, which is extremely helpful.
The book covers most fruits and vegetables including grapes and nut trees.
It is not an in-depth study, but gives a good overview of many edibles.
