Mike McGrath has both fun with the subject and useful advice. The book was a decent early companion to Carolyn Male's "Heirloom Tomatoes". The one particular piece of advice was going 24-7 with your grow lights on the seedlings and a distance as close as an inch to the plants. It really helped me.
