I bought this book when I first wanted to try vegetable gardening. I love that it gives you frost dates for all areas of the US, and how to grow from seed. I still use it now to decide what days to start my seeds, and which days to put them out into the garden. It's a great book for a beginner, and even those more experienced! Easy to read, light and funny!
