This book is excellent for the novice or the experienced. It has been a well used and loved reference book. It includes all types of food storage and a variety of foods from fruit and vegetables to meats. This would be the last cookbook I would part with...
I love this book. My pages are so worn from using it so much. I would highly recommend this to anyone that likes to can and they have some wonderful recipes in it, as well. i use many of them.
