Imperial Water Gardens has a nice assortment of water plants and fish. I didn't see any rare or hard to find plants - though they do have healthy standards such as elephant ears, water hyacinth, rush etc.
The staff is frightfully unfriendly and rather condescending everytime I go in, but it really is the only place to find most of these products locally.
Despite having a greenhouse, they do not warm it during the winter so all of their fish and plants go dormant- so don't try to go purchase living things from them during the winter months (I didn't expect that, even though I understand it for the fish).
I do not have experience with the landscaping part of their business.
