I have spent so much time there, that I genuinely call Diane and Wolfgang "friends". Everytime I go for a visit, they greet me with open arms. They always have a very reliable and helpful staff that are eager to help when needed.... but most of all - it is the experience you have just by visiting. The grounds are like walking thru a "well-thought-out" park. From the moss garden to the trail around the pond. You will see plants of all kinds - mostly native to our area. You will see how the plants grow the best, soil conditions, shade/sun requirements, etc. They truly know about their plants and are happy to share their knowledge. My mother will go and just walk around their grounds for the peace and tranquility. We have had nursery runs with large groups and had a picnic out by the pond. Simply breath-taking. You must plan a trip to Gardens Oyvey to have this experience - at least once in your life.

This place has quite a unique atmosphere, Very Laid back and comfy. I could sit down by the pond all day and just chill. Plants were unique, mostly shady plants. Prices a little high but that's ok. Wonderful Folks, quite friendly, and informative. Truely a GEM of a place to visit |
