Information on Trees for Less Nursery

Ordered 19 trees. Dug 19 holes after calling to confirm the order and the delivery date. Only 13 trees were delivered resulting in 8+ hours of wasted work. They tried to pass off one-year trees as trees with a trunk circumference of 2 1/2 inches. A simple phone call on their part would've saved us hours of work as these holes had to be filled in to prevent injury to neighbor kids. The response of Trees For Less? After numerous phone calls, we were told there would be no consideration given for their mistake. No discount, assistance in re-digging the holes when the trees became available or even an apology was forthcoming. We were told we never dug the holes (we somehow knew they weren't going to deliver all the trees?) and were LYING about it!! This was probably the most outrageous retail experience of my life. Never again! You get what you pay for, that's for sure!
