On Feb 15, 2010 1:02 AM: Greetings from Sullivan's Greenhouse and Pantry Garden Herbs! We are a Kansas City-based greenhouse grower of annuals, perennials and USDA certified organic fine herbs and vegetable plants. A family-owned and operated business, we serve locally owned independent garden centers, local gardeners, and our on-line customers.
At Sullivan's Greenhouse we produce both edible and ornamental plants. We only use pesticides that are USDA or OMRI approved for organic growing on our herbs and vegetables, and are using many of those same products on the ornamentals as well. Like many consumers, we're always choosing to eat the most healthful foods available. Food with poisonous pesticide residue should never make it into the kitchen. We've spent a lot of time researching the most effective pest control methods that don't compromise our commitment to producing a safe, healthy plant that can be eaten right out of the greenhouse.
We’re just a short drive south from Kansas City, MO. We invite you to visit us, if you are in the area, during the months of Apr – May. We are open on Saturdays only from 9 am – 5 pm.
