The exact sale said " 4 for $10.00 preenials, #1 pots" (no where did it say, select plants, limited quantity ect..) I went and got about 20-30 plants, all preenials in the #1 buckets. When i went to the registers, they told me no, just the few half dead ones in the front. I showed the women/manager the add that i had, thinking she definitly must be mistaken. I had drove over 40 minutes to get there and she simply said "no". The only preenials that were for sale for the deal where the Shasta daisies, however all of the advertising included pictures of most preenials that i had picked up, all in #1 pots. Blacked eyed susans and coneflowers amoung a few that I wished to purchase. I even had employees help me and they confirmed that all #1 pots were on sale. They are an unfair business that is falsly advertising with terrible customer service. Even when i pointed out on the add that no where does it indicate it is certain plants, she basically shrugged her shoulders at me and didnt say anything. I was extremeliy fustrated since i had previously came there once and spent quite a large sum of money and she was not even willing to work with me or honor their advertisment. Absolutly pathetic and sneaky company that i will never go back to again and i will be sure to let everyone i know to not shop there. They are way overpriced for the quality. If it was a mistake in advertising, I would understand but the manager told me i was just wrong and they are clearly marked which ones. Absolutly not, they are not marked, there are signs all over the green house saying "preenials 4 for $10.oo". They still should have honored some kind of deal, even 3 for ten dollars would have been nice. Unfortunaly i will never go back there and it is their loss because i spend approx 500-1000 dollars every year on landscaping for me and my family and after this I will never ever give them a dollar. I would rather pay fair prices to an trustworthy company that is not trying to trick their customers into large sales with fake advertisements. |

Fun for kids to visit thanks to the pet exotic birds in the greenhouse. Nice, well-organized selection of reasonably-priced plants and lush hanging baskets. Signage clearly shows butterfly/hummingbird attractors, and deer repellent plants. They seem to run out of popular items quickly, so I tend to be a repeat visitor! |
