There is nothing to match Plumline nursery in the Pittsburgh area. Not only is the selection, by far the best, with many varieties most nurseries can only dream about, but the staff is top notch with helpful, knowledgeable experts in the field. They not only know every thing about the trees I was considering, they were able to explain exactly how to incorporate it into a design. Which they were happy to work out for me. On top of everything the location is the most beautiful in the area. It is truly a little piece of paradise. In short, best selection of plants, best location, best staff I have ever seen, and I go to a lot of nurseries.

I was at Plumline yesterday and was amazed by the selection of plants and the big sales area. Not just run of the mill stuff.......they seem to have pretty much everything. There is a waterfall where we got to sit and relax so we had a good time. My husband and I thought the service was excellent. We're taking my mom there next week for Mother's Day.

I have been there twice and will not go back. They have a decent selection. Some very choice small conifers. Their display garden with the pond needs many, more plants, but the established trees in the garden are beautiful. My big complaint is the lack of service, interest and attitude of the staff. I have been to many, many garden centers and have never found such poor service.
