The vegetables are either harvested fresh locally or occasionally brought in from nearby areas to extend the season in spring and fall. The owners are helpful and knowledgeable. Their bedding plants and transplants are well cared for and are much healthier than the sad offerings from the big box stores.
I enjoy stopping in for a few peaches or fresh corn...and usually end up with a few plants since I prefer patronizing vendors that are my neighbors. |
