They are a famiy business so they strive on pleasing the customer.Unless they have new workers ,George, Ruben , Rosa and their children have been nothng but the nicest.Their plants are beautiful also. Golden Gate fared the worst (by far) out of all 5 garden centers. Of about 5 plants two died within a week. I spoke with Vladimir (evidently the store owner or general manager) on multiple occasions regarding the problems I was having and he was not only dismissive but down right rude... failing to return phone calls and giving me ridiculous advice. I last called about a month ago at which point he told me that he needed to speak with his vendors about the problem. We're talking about 2 five dollar plants here that Vladimir refused to refund and instead left me in the dust. Well, the much more repudible center located on near 41 and pine ridge was more than glad to take my 20 grand. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SHOPPING HERE, if they cant honor 10 dollars what will they do with 10 thousand? |
