I've known Dan & Jackie Bachman, the owners of Valley of the Dayliles since the summer of 1999. I've been buying from them as long and they are the nicest people you'll find. I live an hour south of them and have been there at many times during the growing season, as well as, the week of their annual Daylily open house in early July. That, in my opinion, has to be the best time (if you have the chance to visit) to be there to see the thousands of daylily varieties in bloom on 12 acres. It's like being a 'kid in a candy store'! He also sells some potted hostas & perennials. I'm very honored that Dan has named one of his seedling's after me that he's introducing this year (Marilyn Grua). I've bought a lot of daylilies from him since 1999, and have bought a lot of his Daylily introductions since 2001. He specializes in the 'spidery' forms in his introductions and I'm hooked on them!
