I ordered over $400.00 worth of plants from Kesters. They sent most everything, but, back-ordered $98.00 worth of submerged plants.
It's been 1 year now. They never return my emails or faxes or letters. Phone is never answered.
I don't know what's going on, but, I think they're still in business.
They just don't want to talk to ME!
I'm not looking for a refund. I still want (and need) the plants.
They don't seem to care.
A very courteous, helpful, and prompt business to transact with. Also, I was very happy with their seeds and now have a great stand of cover crop on a problem area around our pond. Many thanks for the fine service.
