March 1, 2002 | This is a great company. I bought a small garden frame from them in Spring 2001. It arrived promptly and went together easily. It appeared to be a quality product. Unfortunately a month or two later we had an unusually strong windstorm for our area (Southern NH) and the cold frame broke up and blew away. I'm sure our very sandy soil, which gave the stakes little purchase, was part of the problem too. I managed to retrieve some of the parts but several were lost or damaged. Early in 2002, I contacted Langenbach, told them what had happened. They quickly sent a complete new unit. They certainly stand behind their guarantee. |
