|I've ordered from Snowpeak for two years now. ALL Iris received were healthy and generous divisions. Very well packed and marked and of course TRUE to name. Real pros that grow the Iris they sell so you know they're tested.

I recently received a wonderful large order of choice and very healthy Iris from Snowpeak. Wonderful communication and invoicing. Packing was perfect. The rhizomes are all so clearly marked. |Just got my first two orders from Snowpeak Iris and I am very pleased. First of all I got 6 clumps of the Siberian Iris and they are huge and loved the packing also with the moisture crystals. Also a nice sized bonus plant.
Second, I got 12 Tall Bearded Irises and they were nicely packed and had big roots. Good size! Some of them became two plants!
It was a good experience ordering from Dee, everything went real smooth. I was happy with the prices and with the plants!
I would highly recommend her to everyone. Thanks Dee!

|I had read about Denise and Snowpeak on this excellent site, and figured I had to give it a try. And consistent with all the other comments here, I got very friendly customer service, amazingly healthy looking, well-marked plants, bonus plants, and a strong longing for next growing season to be here! And the pricing is wonderful, the only danger being that I'll order more than I have room for. Now that I know, I will surely never order irises from the big catalog companies, it's funny how shriveled they look next to Snowpeak's. Thanks Denise!

I received a wonderful box of irises from Dee this past month. They were big fat healthy plants with nice root systems, labeled and packaged very well. The service, plants and communication was 5 Stars. No puny little plants here. Thanks D!!!!! I can't wait till next year to order more!

My first plants from Snowpeak and they were some really beautiful healthy iris! Will be back next season for more. Denise is super helpful and very willing to answer questions.

I waited and ordered late (hoping to lessen the temptation w/ all the Sold Out stuff:lol:) and requested Aug. shipping. Denise contacted me a few days prior to digging my order to let me know some of my choices (3 of 4) had been found with rot due to the spring and summer weather and offered subs or a refund. I opted for subs and made a list of possibilites from her online in stock selections.
My order arrived this week and I cannot be more surprised and pleased (again) with my order! I got subs from my list and a generous number of bonus selections that I certainly wasn't expecting. Great looking, clean and healthy rhizomes, packed well and arrived quickly. Trying SDB's for the first time and looking forward to seeing them in the spring!

This was my first order from Snowpeaks and I was amazed at the big healthy well marked plants.
The packing was great and I will order again.
In fact I have an order for Japanese Iris due in Sept. I just know I wont be disapointed.

I ordered four daylilies from the closeout sale. Only one of the four plants was a decent sized double fan comparable to those I have received from other vendors. Two of the four were of very poor quality and extremely small fans and the other plant was only of slightly better quality and size. I would be embarrassed to send anyone fans like I received on three of the daylilies, much less sell them to someone.
Package weight for the four daylilies was only 1 lb. 0 oz. and most of that was packing material. Shipping charges at $14 were excessive for content shipped.
I will not order daylilies from this vendor again or recommend that anyone else do so.
On April 27th, 2010, cicada added the following:
I sent you a private email after the daylilies arrived on Monday morning stating my dissatisfaction with them. When you did not respond to it after 24 hours, I left feedback on DG. You still have the option to make the matter better if you so choose.
On May 3rd, 2010, cicada changed the rating from negative to positive and added the following:
Denise contacted me and offered to send replacements of my choice at no charge or a refund. I chose replacements which arrived today. The replacement plants were good sized multiple fans with good roots.
I am changing my rating to positive because Denise did want me to be satisified with my order and sent replacements which are of good quality.

Received my incredible order yesterday. The rhizome size was good for us East Coast growers. Denise included several rhizomes of most of my selections -- for a couple of them she sent FOUR rhizomes. This is my second time to order from Snowpeak and I will definitely order again.

|The first time I ordered tall bearded iris from Dee was in 2002. This year I purchased 3 spuria and a Siberian for spring delivery. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the plants that she sends, and she really has quite a large selection. She really cares about her customers. Now I am anxiously awaiting my tall bearded order the beginning of July (including one of her introductions). Don't want to forget to mention that she always adds beautiful bonuses. She is really a very nice lady!

|My mom and I both ordered from Denise through the Snowpeak Iris co-op, and we are both thrilled! The iris looked great, very fresh and large rhizomes, and they took off right away after planting. She sent wonderful surprise bonuses, too, both extras of some we'd ordered, and some different varieties that will coordinate great with the colors we ordered. Denise promptly replied to my emails and shipped the week I requested - both are indicators of a well-run enterprise!
The rhizomes were in great condition, well packed, and well labelled, all of which are "musts' for me to recommend a nursery.

She has the nicest selection of dwarf beardeds that I've found and when I was going to order 2 rhizomes of some varieties, she told me I didn't have to because she usually sends 2-3 or more rhizomes of the dwarfs. Which she did, often more. And she even talked me out of buying one variety that wasn't one of the better ones. I will absolutely buy from her again.

|This is my third year ordering from Denise. Each time she has always been quite generous with her rhizomes, at times including more than one of those I've ordered, plus great bonuses! The rhizomes are very reasonably priced and arrive promptly and are always healthy. Denise is very friendly and a great email communicator, someone I'd love to meet some day. I love that she carries Bianca's! I do not hesitate to recommend Snowpeak Iris & Daylilies to all!

|Met Dee Stewart when I scheduled a visit to Snowpeak. A stranger, I got the king's welcome, a personal tour, and lessons! Was very impressed with how clean and tidy her garden was and how well everything was labeled. She personally digs every order, too. And she brings Bianco introductions from Italy to the USA.
She spent several sessions on the phone and emailed me promptly, giving excellent advice, as I agonized over my order. It arrived promptly, accurately, incredibly fresh, with good healthy sizes, some doubles, and so many bonuses I almost dropped my teeth. Many bonuses were ones I'd reluctantly cut from my list. All are doing very well. I'm planning to buy twice as many this year....as soon as I buy more land to plant them on.....

|A really great experience with Denise and Snowpeak. We picked up several iris last week -- all of good size and with a truly generous (even by iris company standards) number of bonus iris included. I was delighted to be able to order such a fine selection of iris in the first place -- add fine service, good communication and an evident love of plants to that mix and I consider this a company I will order from again and again.
