August 15, 2004 | I live in the local area so my experience is "live" rather than via mail. Tower Perennials, in my opinion, is the best source for perennials in our region. The selection is excellent. The staff is knowledgable and enthusiastic. The plants reflect the staff's care and pride. The display gardens alone are worth a visit. |
