April 18, 2002 | I highly recommend Blacks Daylily Patch. Bruce was very attentive and emailed me every step of the process. This was a gift order for my mother, and he offered to send along a gift card. My mother was delighted with the size of the daylilies, and the gift plants sent along were very generous. He shipped on Monday, and the order was received on Wednesday (I even got an email telling me it should have arrived). April 10, 2002 | This is the second year I have ordered daylilies from Bruce Black. The fans I received today are the largest, healthiest, cleanest, freshest daylilies I have ever received from any of the daylily growers, many whom are major growers/hybridizers from Florida. I measured the circumference of just one fan at its base --it measured more than 5" and the second fan was equally as large. All the plants were HUGE with fantastic root systems. Attention to detail, excellent packing, great communication, and good prices add to the pleasure of doing business and receiving plants from Black's Daylily Patch. January 12, 2002 | This Daylily source should be more widely known than it is. The plants and service are great, and he offers an interesting selection. Because I live near Black's Daylily Patch, I was able to make arrangements to go there and pick up the plants I ordered. I will return there this spring...
