Ordered tomato seeds and they arrived in good time and the seed counts were outstanding. Recommend this company to anyone. They will hear from me again.

I've ordered several times from Peters Seed & Research, with good results. They have good seed counts and good germination. In particular, they have several varieties of open-pollinated tomatoes that they've bred themselves.

They also have several varieties of grains they've developed, and I'm growing some for chicken forage this year.

Their response to emails is good, and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This is my first year to order from Peters seeds. They sent me my
requested copy of printed catalogue, with a personal letter
explaining that they don't generally prefer sending out paper
catalogue, but he printed the listing out just to send it to me.
And i do love the listing of very unusual seeds!! Especially the
many individual colors of swiss chards! When I am ready I might
try the grains as well. They shipped my order very promptly,
and each packet contains lots of seeds. I will definitely order from
it again.

Seeds arrived quickly, grew well and are delicious. The
polar baby was the earliest tomato I've ever seen! And
the kolhrabi is excellent. Very happy, will order again.

My order was sent in record speed, with generous amounts of seed and with great germination. The vigor of the plants so far is great as well. I definitely plan on saving these seeds and passing them on to the next generation, because there is a touch of genius in the breeding work done by Peters and the varieties made available are very important to our sustainability as a culture. This is something that other companies should aspire towards or we will not make it in this world of dwindling resources.

I grew Sweet Freckles Crenshaw Melon from Peters Seed and Research last year. The melon had good flavor, a friend of mine who tried one said it was the best tasting melon he had eaten. This next year I’d like to try their Marygold melon and compare.

Many of their seeds are hard to find elsewhere. The early tomatoes they have are particularly nice to have for short growing seasons -- like Minnesota has.

Tim Peters, a devoted plant breeder offers seeds that he developed and those that perform especially well. For anyone who does not like genetic engineering, these open pollinated seeds give hope. I have ordered for a few years and have always been more than satisfied.
