January 23, 2003 | I ordered four peony plants from this company on May 5, 2002. They've never been delivered! I've written to them only to receive an undeliverable response. I've called multiple times and get a message that says, "Thank you for calling, goodbye".
I suggest you do not do business with this company unless you have money to throw away! |

January 21, 2003 | I ordered from them in Spring of 2002. I ordered several different plants and they were all shipped to me in a timely matter in great condition. The size of the plants were larger than I usually receive through the mail,and did really well when planted. There was one item that did not match what I had ordered and they quickly sent me the correct plant, letting me keep the wrong one at no charge. I was very happy with this company and would order from them again. |

June 17, 2002 | I got wrong the wrong plants. E-mailed them and was told the correct ones would be sent. After a few weeks and several e-mails with no response, I requested a refund if no plants were going to be sent. They never sent them or issued credit, all other e-mails have been returned. Would never consider ordering from them again and would advise anyone else not to as well. |

May 11, 2002 | I order from this company in March .
They claimed their plants were mostly gallon sized or at least two year grown plants. What I recieved was nothing more then small wholesale plant plugs dormant at that. Only half my order came in this first shipment and after emailing of which all emails now getting returned undeliverable because mail boxes are full. They have 3 emails. I called them and they never returned any messages. After calling they did ship a box on May 8th. What I recived was ajuga instead of heuchera even though it was marked as Palace purple heuchera it was definately Burgandy glow ajuga and my spiderwort BilBerry Ice was Red grape spiderwort. Of the plants in the first shipment 5 out of 15 are still showing no signs of life and what ones have are so small it will take most of the growing season just to grow them big enough to actually put in the garden scene. Buyer definately Beware! Walmart has better quality plants and they are bigger too. |
