The scoop on 'International Greenhouse Company (IGC)'

Ordered some 1020 trays and some plug trays in January. All-in-all a very smooth and easy transaction. Phone in rep was very pleasant to deal with and the shipping was dead on when they said it would be. I just wish they weren't based in Illinois so I could have avoided sales tax, but even with that paid I still came out even with the next best source, plus they will ship in smaller "hobby" quantities. No complaints whatsoever. I will order from them again as needs arise.

I found IGC through an internet search for "Greenhouses".

Last summer I ordered a 12 foot x 12 foot permanent Lexan greenhouse from them, and have to say that I was completely satisfied with the transaction. All through the actual sale and while waiting for delivery, the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. I found the price reasonable for the kit. The greenhouse arrived on time, everything was clearly marked, in working order, and there were enough parts to complete the job, in some cases even more than enough.

When my contractor had to place 3 calls to the company to explain some of the instructions, they patiently answered his questions, for which we are both grateful. (Paul had built a couple of other greenhouses, but none like this one.) The only thing I would say is that it does help to have someone building the greenhouse, who has had some previous experience with this sort of thing, as the instructions can be a bit confusing to the novice.

I will gladly order my next greehouse from IGC, when my business expands to that degree. I have recommended them to other people who "dropped by" the see the building progression.

We placed an order for the first time this year with IGC for a very large ammount of pots and carrying trays.
I was very pleased with the quality of both the items.
Shipping was very good. During the shipping process, we found out that the trays we had ordered were on back order, but the salesperson said that since we had to have them sooner rather than later, they would go ahead and fill the order with trays they had in stock that were to our liking with no additional charges. I highly recommend this company and will order from them again in the future.

I bought a GH heater and other GH supplies from this company. I found them to be knowledgable and friendly on the phone and were very helpful in helping me choose the right size heater.Delivery was fast and I would definitely order from them again.
