We ordered two Eden Gardens in Dec. 2002 - and were rushed into prepaying for the order - supposedly to get a rush in delivery. Well, weeks went into months, and on May 1, 2003, we were told they experienced an extended shipping of defective wooden trellis' and arbors. We were shipped two boxes of Potting Soil and two Vessels - but no wooden parts! A promise was given by the owner (P. Harris) for definite delivery by May 10, 2003. Here, it is June 9, 2003, and now their 800-number doesn't answer, the FAX machine gets no response, we think the business cannot recover from the widespread defective materials that were sent out. Very sad ending to a wonderful product.On July 11th, 2003, Disappointed changed the rating from negative to positive and added the following:
Well, after almost 7 months - and many difficult communications - the wooden parts finally were delivered. It appears the wood supplier problem has been corrected. Thank goodness this wonderful indoor gardening product is back in business! No Longer Disappointed.
