November 6, 2012 | We bought a 5 wall 12 X 20 greenhouse(thru Greenhouse Megastore) after years of dreaming and careful research. We are in northern Idaho so need a strong structure to withstand snow and wind. We were pleased with the communication after we ordered and awaited shipment. It was shipped on schedule and arrived very well packed/crated. We watched the video and read the instruction book well in advance of actually starting the project since we had to wait for the snow to melt and the ground to thaw. The instruction book could be better. My husband and I both are former Boeing employees and familiar with using drawings and blueprints. Simple directional references on the drawings would go along way to clarify things. All told though the assembly went well. The gutter system was not adequate for dealing with much rain and overflowed into the inside. The instructions said to add weep holes so it would drain to outside. We did that and it solved the problem. Seems the design could have some added at the factory. We did get 2 polycarbonate panels that were wrong size. Called BC and they sent the correct ones out same day. The greenhouse was finished in May and so far has withstood some very strong winds. The vent hinge system is strong and well designed. Overall we are very pleased and looking forward to seeing how far into the cold weather we will be able to use it, heating cost being the limiting factor. |

March 13, 2009 | We bought a used greenhouse from University of British Columbia and hauled it all the way to Texas. We let it sit in our back yard for almost two years before beginning construction. There were no instructions, so we went on line and found BC Greenhouses. Even though they had absolutely NO financial interest involved, having sold the house to someone else at least 15 years earlier, they spared no expense or effort in helping us to understand how the kit went together and assisting us through the construction process. The greenhouse turned out beautifully, a testament to the lasting quality and durability of their products. We couldn't possibly be happier. Because of our appreciation for this greenhouse, we have changed our plans to move, not being able to face leaving it. |

June 11, 2007 | We are very pleased with BC Greehouse. You can't beat that for fast service. We placed the order by email and had prompt courteous service. Also the product we ordered is of highest quality. The service after sale is fantastic.

March 9, 2006 | Even though we had to watch the instructional video umpteen thousand times- we love the green house!
Of all the ones we looked into- the price and design were what we were seeking.
Some minor things went a bit awry during construction- but it was most likely due to our set up (a very complicated one= built into an alcove on the side of our house) plus alot of the mistakes were our own fault- being new to kit building- but in the end we improvised and all went well.
Over all we are pleased.
We purchased ours from Advance GH in Lousiana- & they're the best!
