| Company Comment, posted on October 24, 2002: |
As Marketing Director for Seedlings.com, I would like to add a few comments before our customers add comments about dealing with our company. We are a young and growing company competing with multi-million dollar companies and will always do our best to satisfy our customers.
If you have had a positive experience, I ask that you add this feedback freely.
If you have had a negative experience, I request that you contact us immediately to resolve the issue prior to posting a negative experience.
As a young company, I know that there is a chance of making mistakes, but when brought to our attention, I personally aim to correct and do my best to more than satisfy each and every customer.
We currently offer only seeds for sale online, but soon we will be offering seedlings as well.
Comments made by our customers either positive or negative will be considered by our company as valuable, either way. I wish to thank GardenWatchDog.com for adding our company to their program.
Miles Ranger, [HYPERLINK@www.Seedlings.com] 207-453-2252

I managed to call and speak with Miles Ranger in January, who first asked "what website?" when I inquired about my order.... then stated he thought it was out of stock .... then said he had the package in his hand (all in the same phone conversation) .... no package ever arrived. All further attempts to contact seedlings.com have failed (full voice mail box, no response to emails). Also seems their website has been removed from service. | | Negative | Daisy123 (2 reviews) | On April 26, 2005, Daisy123 Pearl, MS (Zone 8a) wrote:I ordered seeds from this company through ebay w/paypal. They immediately took the money from my credit card. I have not received any responses from my numerous voice mails. There have been no responses to my numerous e-mails. I have attached return receipts on my e-mails, so I would know when they opened them. I have never received a receipt. As far as I can tell they delete the e-mails without even looking at them. The company is a fraud. I consider them thieves and will never order from them again. | | Negative | Pavlos (1 review) | On September 30, 2004, Pavlos Athens

I have not received a thing and have not received answers to my numerous emails. I too have tried calling several times and always receive the message that the voice mail is full.
PLEASE AVOID THIS VENDOR! They are, at best, unprofessional!!!!!I | | Negative | harley12 (1 review) | On July 13, 2004, harley12 wrote: Ordered and paid for seeds from this company. I don't mind waiting for an order to arrive if it is in a reasonable amount of time but after paying and waiting I would like to be able to talk to someone to find out if there is a problem. You can bet that I won't be ordering from them again. | | Positive | djohn1996 (1 review) | On April 21, 2003, djohn1996 wrote: Seedlings.com provided a great selection, plenty of product information, great prices, cheap shipping, fast delivery and a free pack of seeds with my order...in other words, a perfect online shopping experience. | | Positive | kenfalk (1 review) | On March 19, 2003, kenfalk wrote: Miles Ranger at seedlings.com was very knowledgeable, helpful and cordial in helping me with my order. His Website is well organized. His seed selection is vast, prices are competitive and his shipping cost is low ($1.50). I received my order in 3 days, and his seeds sprouted ahead of schedule! I would not hesitate to order from seedlings.com again. | | Positive | MyHorseNutmeg (1 review) | On March 18, 2003, MyHorseNutmeg Milaca, MN (Zone 3b) wrote:Ordered seeds of 5 different Echinaceas, received them lightening quick. Each pack should contain 25 seeds, and all contained, at the least, 28 seeds. Will be planting them later today, so stay tuned for the germination results. |
