The scoop on 'Hardy Southern Magnolias, LLC'

I contacted Marie at Hardy Southern Magnolias about ordering their largest size Bracken's Brown Beauty tree in early March. She sent me several e-mails about the trees, their company procedures, etc., and then again e-mailed me at time of shipment with a tracking number. The tree arrived in only 2 days in excellent condition, was very well packed, in is about 6 feet tall, beautiful, and beginning to grow for the season. I was VERY PLEASED with my experience with HSM's, and was thrilled to find a source which would ship large, 6 foot tall trees (which I feel have a better chance of survival in my marginal climate than would a small starter-sized tree). VERY, VERY HAPPY! I would highly recommend this company!

I ordered a magnolia tree in the 4" pot based on the good previous rating given on July 14. I ordered on July 14 and it arrived very well-packaged on the 17th! Not only was the little tree in excellent condition, but the planting & care instructions are very clearly written. Can't wait to see how it goes once I plant it!

Beautiful tree and wonderful service!! I ordered a two-gallon Bracken's Brown Beauty magnolia, and it was much bigger than I expected - at least three feet tall with many branches. It arrived 9 days after I placed my order and was very well packaged. No branches were broken, and not even one leaf was dead! I was impressed that they not only acknowledged my order, but later notified me of the exact delivery day. I would definitely recommend this company.
