|In April, I placed an order for almost $100.00 (incl. shipping). The order included lilies and dahlia tubers. The lilies are looking great. But, one variety of dahlias did not do terribly well - wilting, smallish, few blossoms and only two-thirds of the tubers actually grew. The other group - 15 tubers are not the ones that I ordered, and not all of them grew. I could not have known these were the wrong dahlias until they blossomed, obviously. I am not sure what I can expect from the company. I suppose there is always a risk that some things won't grow, but I am an experienced gardener, and I think some of the bulbs were just sub-par because some grew and others didn't. My chief complaint is that I ordered Cactus Dahlias and these are not Cactus - nor are they the correct color. Anyone else have these issues with Gardenvalueout? I had previously had a great experience with them, but I'm beginning to wonder if things are slipping on their end - they don't pick up the phone when I call.

I have received both an email and telephone call re. the bulbs and Gardenvalueoutlet has offered to rectify the situation. We think the bulbs were mixed up during packaging in Holland. I am very happy with their offer to resolve this, and would certainly order from them again, based on their professionalism and my past order experience. Last year's Dahlias were stunning, and this year's Lilies are the talk of the neighbourhood. Five stars.

|Second year I have ordered lily bulbs. In Dec. i requested a 3/16 ship date and I received the bulbs at 8am on 3/17. Had the same shipping experience last year. When last year's order bloomed it was the variety that I ordered. Prices are excellent but you must buy a minimun quantity (25) of one variety. Shipping is free with $99 order.

|i called to place an order for tulip and daffodil bulbs. the girl i spoke to hardly knew what i was talking about and then informed me that i could not order bulbs till fall. when i said that's when most companies begin shipping ,she said they had nothing in their warehouse. i asked to speak to someone else and she informed me no one else was there. how could one plan a garden if you don't know if they would have the bulbs? can someone help with this?

|I ordered lily bulbs of four different varieities. They came within only 2 days via FedEx (I got free shipping), with each variety in a bag of peat moss. The bulbs are huge, healthy (not dry or moldy) and really impressive. Additionally, the prices were very good. I will do business with this company again.

|I placed an order on 12/27/08 with Garden Value Outlet and eagerly awaited my bulbs, to be shipped on Feb 25. By March 7, wondering about my bulbs, I called (no answer) and then emailed (no answer). I finally looked up Sellsonic online and found a phone number (not toll-free and I don't have free long distance). I called and spoke with someone there who assured me they would check into why my order hadn't shipped. I also received an email with a ticket number and message number attached.
March 12, the order arrived, but out of 21 bulb varieties ordered, 10 were missing. Response to emails has been spotty, their explanation is they've tried to contact the warehouse to look for bulbs, etc. I've asked several times for a refund, and cc'd Sellsonic, but no reply.
This company owes me more than $400, and of today (April 4) it really looks bleak that I will get my money back.
I've bought bulbs from almost every retailer out there over the years, and have had very few problems. I'm upset over the money loss, but even worse, I'm disappointed and dismayed at how this company treated me.

On 4/4 I was promised a refund by the end of the day, tomorrow at the latest.
On 4/17 I was told refund was set up and is 5-7 days to post to credit card, and they would check with accounting.
No word since then, and no refund either.

After many many emails, and promises of "I just sent a reminder for your refund", I finally received a partial refund on May 15. It was a relief to get some money out of them, but I wasn't very happy they didn't send me the full amount. On March 20th I had sent them an itemized list of at I didn't receive and how much I paid for it. They still owe over $130.

|I ordered amaryllis from Garden Value and am very pleased! They arrived within that week and are beautiful large firm bulbs. The price is according to size - that in itself is not always available. The price is low and the quality high. I have reccommended them to all of my friends. Something I rarely do. Shop with confidence!!!

|I recently ordered some paperwhite bulbs for forcing this winter. I requested 25 Ziva white and 25 Grand soleil dor yellow bulbs. They arrived in great order and were apparently great quality. Lovely large, bulbs. Unfortunately, all the yellow bulbs are blooming white. Apparently they got them mixed up somehow. I've kept them in their separate packaging, so I know I didn't mix them up. Anyway, I emailed to let them know and haven't gotten any kind of response from them. Maybe they are just too busy to get back to me?? Anyone else had a similar problem?

The folks at Garden Value have responded to my e mail and have offered to replace my 25 bulbs that were blooming incorrectly. They will send them to me next Fall at the appropriate time. I was pleased with what I got, just not the colors I ordered. I would do business with them again.

These folks are the absolute best! Got my replacement paperwhites without a hitch. They actually remembered to send them as promised, gave me a choice of shipping dates and the bulbs are large and healthy as usual. Just ordered a huge bunch of amaryllis and I can't wait to get them. If you want large, quality bulbs, this is the place to go!

|The prices for bulbs and plants are wholesale-you can't beat that! I was very happy to see that the bulbs I got were high quality as well. I'm waiting for my next order which will be here in 3 days-they give you a tracking number! So convenient! I will definately order from them again!

|I have ordered bulbs twice from Garden Value. Each order contained healthy, well packaged bulbs. Their catalog is chock full, and the website is easy to navigate. Prices are very good and the orders arrived in a timely manner. I will order again from them and recommend them to other gardeners seeking large quantities of Lilies at reasonable prices.
