I had heard good things about this company so decided to make an order. They have a good selection of bulbs and are easy to order from. Part of the order came through fine, we were told to await the arrival of our Dahlias in April.
To cut a long story short, we had trouble contacting the company on a number of occasions, each time we were told to wait another 2 weeks. Finally in mid June our plants arrived ... black and mushy, completely dead. Again after several attempts to discuss this with the company and being told various things (including that sometimes plants mushy and black and then come back healthy) we demanded a refund. The supplier of the plants got the blame.
To give the company their due they did refund our money and they replaced the dead plants very quickly.
I don't rule them out for another order just to see if this was a fluke.
