After doing some research online, I determined that the "mini" would be sufficient for my needs and so indicated while also asking about a reduced price since the mini was not as powerful a device. I never received a response before I received the mini for which I was charged the price of the 1/10 HP, including S/H. After several emails asking about the cost of the item and not getting a response, I sent another email asking for a response and if none were forthcoming, I would be contacting my credit card company. I did finally receive an adjustment but have yet to receive a response as to a similar reduction in the shipping and handling charges for the mini. I have sent a 3rd email asking about this and am waiting for a response. Should I have to ask for these adjustments repeatedly?? | | Negative | jsurette

If you live around Houston and have grown tired of the same plants at all the nurseries drive up to Tomball and take in a wonderful nursery with a knowledgable staff and reasonable prices. I have yet to get a small plant from them and also have not had one die on me yet which I can't say about many of the mail order places.
They also have numerous unique pieces of garden art and hold classes on the weekends through most of the season. |
