After ordering a 1/10 HP chiller online, I was contacted by email to indicate that the 1/10 HP was not available but a smaller "mini" device (i.e., less powerful) was. After doing some research online, I determined that the "mini" would be sufficient for my needs and so indicated while also asking about a reduced price since the mini was not as powerful a device. I never received a response before I received the mini for which I was charged the price of the 1/10 HP, including S/H. After several emails asking about the cost of the item and not getting a response, I sent another email asking for a response and if none were forthcoming, I would be contacting my credit card company. I did finally receive an adjustment but have yet to receive a response as to a similar reduction in the shipping and handling charges for the mini. I have sent a 3rd email asking about this and am waiting for a response. Should I have to ask for these adjustments repeatedly??

Usps does not scan the item upon pickup unlike DHL fed ex etc who do, Your order was placed @ almost 5pm on Thursday. We were closed for moving Friday and your order shipped Tuesday so technically 2 business days had passed you will see this does happen below

This is a great nursery to find the latest plants at the same prices as the catalogs but much, much larger! If you live around Houston and have grown tired of the same plants at all the nurseries drive up to Tomball and take in a wonderful nursery with a knowledgable staff and reasonable prices. I have yet to get a small plant from them and also have not had one die on me yet which I can't say about many of the mail order places.
They also have numerous unique pieces of garden art and hold classes on the weekends through most of the season.
