The scoop on 'Octopus's Garden'

I was very happy with the order I received this spring. Anne was helpful and responsive when I e-mailed her with questions and to reserve my order. She gave me extra fans of the plants I ordered, and since the plant I had requested as a bonus hadn't grown well and was tiny, she gave me an additional bonus plant. The plants were healthy and grew well.

I have received my daylily order early part of this week and all of them are now in the ground.They are all big and healthy, multiple fans. Anne was extremely helpful during the ordering process, this year being the first time I got interested in daylilies. I will be ordering again.

Even at the very end of the shipping season, I still received wonderful service (and daylilies!) from Octopus's Gardens. I ordered knowing that I was paying for only 2 fans of each cultivar and was delighted when I received double and triple that. The bonuses were also great. I will definitely be ordering from Octopus's Gardens again next year!

I contacted the owner of this nursery and asked some basic ordering questions since I had never ordered from anyone with just a price list. Anne Jackson answered my email and was very helpful. Even though my order was for a very small amount of money she treated me as if it was very important to her. I was very happy when my large healthy looking plants arrived. Even though her price list says double fans she sent me triple fans! And even though my order was very very small she included a very generous bonus plant. I will do business with her again!
