I placed a phone order with B & B a couple of months ago.
I forgot to write down the scheduled shipping date, but thought that I'd get some kind of confirmation with total cost and deliv. info. Nothing came, so I called them three weeks ago and left a message on their answering machine requesting the above information and my tel. number.
No one called back. This is a long distance call, so I Emailed Sherri this Saturday, and still have not gotten a response.
I'm a little surprised because Sherri (or the person I spoke with) when I placed the order was so helpful and knowledgable about the plants.
I'm really hoping I hear something soon and hopefully can change my rating to positive. B & B has an extensive list of hard to find roses, and I am a repeat customer with companies that I like. Each year I spend about a thousand dollars just on mail order plants.

Well, at least my credit card wasn't charged yet.
On June 3rd, 2006, ladyisle changed the rating from neutral to positive and added the following:

I received my order some time ago, but just haven't had time to write. I'm changing my rating to positive because the rose and the grass are very nice, and doing well. They did not ship one of the two roses I ordered because Sherri said that it was not big enough to ship. I appreciate that they care enough about the quality of their plants and customer satisfaction to not ship substandard items.

The only thing I would have preferred is if I had been notified that the rose was not available, and asked if I wanted a substitution. I would have ordered something else.

Sherri- Please let me know when "Stanwell Perp." becomes available. Thank you.

I am 100% satisfied with B&B. They had 2 very hard to find roses and shipped them to me quickly. Sherri is helpful and knowledgable. The roses I recieved had very good root systems, and have started putting on new growth in my garden in a matter of days.

This was my first order with B&B and I would gladly order again.
