Terrible communication, i' ve e-mailed them in English, then in German, still no reply... This is absolutely outrageous and it is not the only German nursery with such problems.
Last year they replied to an e-mail i sent them asking about seeds, but i finally didn't order.
They are supposed to ship plants to many countries of Europe, but not to Greece.
On August 18th, 2011, eliasastro added the following:
The communication problem was actually solved, but then there was the problem of item availability. Except for late spring, most of the items on their website is out of stock, without being notified there. This is a problem with many nurseries that do not update their catalogues, so you can find a huge variety of plants, but very few of them are actually available. |
