The scoop on 'Passion Flower Farms'

I ordered a Passion Flower "Incense" on January 6, 2004 from Passion Flower Farms and paid by credit card. It never came, so I contacted Teresa Allen the following season and explained the problem. She said she couldn't find a record of the purchase, so I gave her the Order ID number and the Invoice number, both of which were on my printout from her website.

She promised to send the plant as soon as it was grown enough, but it never came, so I called again. There was no answer, so I left a message with my name and phone number. She never returned my call. I called again, telling her that if I didn't hear from her, I would post this negative report on Dave's website.

Today is June 5th, 2006 and I have yet to receive the passion flower or a return call. I highly recommend that you not take a chance ordering from this website.

Ordered two Passifloras from PFF. Theresa Allen wrote me several times to report that the P. Caerulea was in great shape and ready for shipping but the Ruby Glow was impacted by an unexpected frost.

I could not ask for better service. The Caerulea arrived and it is large, healthy, and beautiful. The R.G. is expected soon, and I am sure it will be equally good.
