July 9, 2009 | Ordered 6 double pink soapworts. Ended up with single white. Let them know. Promised to send the correct order the following spring, if reminded. I reminded them and received 6 more single whites. Can't speak for the rest of the plants but definitely do not order the double pink soapwort (Flora plena) because that is not what you'll receive. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to these plants. Hopefully, I'll find another nursery who offers these plants. |

May 10, 2009 | I've ordered from Mulberry Creek for a few years, and just received my most recent order. All 18 plants were healthy, a good size, and beautifully packed. The personal attention they give each order is amazing--I even got a phone call from them on the day my order shipped to let me know when to expect it. They have an great selection, and their service is outstanding. It is a pleasure to do business with them. |

May 24, 2007 | I ordered a dozen scented geraniums from these nice people. The plants were shipped about a week after my order was placed and arrived in perfect condition. A friendly and helpful instruction sheet was included with the shipment. Will definitely order from them again! |

April 7, 2006 | I received orders from 4 different herb nurseries this year, and Mulberry Creek was hands down the best. Nice, healthy plants were lovingly packed and shipped when I wanted them. They thought one plant was too small and sent me an extra of one that I had ordered to make up for it. Happy is me! Before ordering, I thoroughly enjoyed browsing their web site which is loaded with all kinds of recipes and good information. They also carried a few useful herbs that I had seen nowhere else. I am delighted to have found this company through the Garden Watchdog and will definitely reorder. |

February 12, 2006 | I have been going to Mulberry Creek for 6 years now, I can't wait for opening day. I get there catalouge in the mail when the snow is still on the ground & it perks me up to see the new plants & plan my shopping list. Karen & Mark are wonderful people who care about all of there customers. All the plants are healthy & smell wonderful. This herb farm is a must for any herb grower,I can't say enought about the herbs, owners, & workers. There herb fair is a great event too, I never miss it. D'Anna |

May 3, 2005 | I ordered 18 plants from this company, they did not have one of the plants that I had ordered, so subsituted with 2 others, so I got a plant for free.
The plants were mailed off at around my avarage last frost date. One of the shipments got to me in 2 days, the other took a week and a half to get to me because of a mess up at the post office (They left it in my apartment office with no note to tell me it was there!) I called them and explained the situation, and they sent me replacement plants the very next week!
I will defentately be ordering from this place again next year! :) |

In fact, the herb plants have been larger and healthier than ones I have received from 2 other mail order sources as well as local nurseries. They have also been packed well. August 20, 2003 | I have to rate this company as 5 *****, I would recommend them to anyone who grows Herbs. I ordered over a dozen herb plants this spring and all came carefully packaged and healthy (except for one)With good growth and great root systems. I planted all of them and all survived except for the one. I e-mailed them about it and I recieved a response within a half hour. I was told they would ship a new one right away. In 2 days I recieved not one but TWO new plants to replace the one that died. Both of them are doing wonderfully, as have all the plants I recieved from them. I will definetly be ordering from them again. A wonderful company.
