May 21, 2005 | My experience with this company was positive. My emails were answered within 24 hours. Their prices were great. The hostas arrived when promised, well packed and healthy. They are in the ground and are growing quickly. The plants varied in size when they were received but the company made it clear on their website and in their communication that sometimes they are on the small size. Almost all of the plants I ordered were large, only a few were smaller. Regardless of the size, these plants were a great deal. January 30, 2005 | I have a difficult time giving anybody a negative rating; however, I think it is warranted here. My order in 2004, everything was excellent until I received the order. May 23, 2004 | service, email, packaging and shipping were all prompt and professional. the plants were the smallest divisions i have ever received. some of the root structures were as small as 3 little wisps.
On January 30th, 2005, cbiiidesigns changed the rating from neutral to negative and added the following:
by the time fall 2004 rolled around, 8 of the hostas with tiny little wisps for roots had died. i don't hold out much hope for the rest come springtime. | | Neutral | lenphillips

March 29, 2004 | The company is very quick to respond to your email. They are very accommodating for your delivery date preferences. But, the best part is, their prices are GREAT. Top quality plants as well. Every Hosta had at least one eye. Some had as many as 6 eyes. No TC plants, just divisions, many of which are OS.
All sales are done on-line. Only one sale occurs at the nursery and that is on the second Sat. morning in May, every year. The rest of the time, visits to the nursery are by appointment only.
I give them my highest recommendation.
