I have visited the store two times now. They had exactly what I was looking for at a much better price than I could find anywhere else. I bought Wood Hyacinth bulbs and Marglobe tomato seeds there. They have really fast and friendly service. They quickly became my favorite seed place because the people who work there know exactly which seeds they have on hand.

I have bought seeds from Rocky Mountain Seed for years, and have always been completely satisfied with their stock and service. Where else can you buy seeds by the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 oz? The prices are far below the normal cost of seeds by the packet (although you can get seeds by the packet too).

I am a disabled person that went into Rocky Mountain Seeds to apply for a job the owner had. I am not a pretty person and and do look old due to being a blond and a gardener out in the sun my whole life. The owner took one look at me and decided I was to ugly to work for him and almost refused to give me an application. This man never even looked at my application and determined by my looks that I was to stupid to know about gardening.
I have been gardening my whole life and have gardened in the Community Gardens here in Denver. The last year I gardened I grew 22 pounds of green beans in a space of 10'x8' in one planting. I am an organic gardener and I did this with hard work and loving care. I plan on starting my own green grocery as soon as I can find the funds to do so. I am working on my business plan at this time.
Working with the Community Gardens we planted some of the Rocky Mountain Seed Company seeds to feed the hungry and I know first hand that if anything was produced from those seeds it was very little and poor quality. The prices are very high and the people working in the store are rude, hateful and if they don't like your looks you get nothing from them!!!!!! When I do get my green grocery started I will not buy one seed from this company. I would rather spend three times the money if I have to somewhere else.
