I have made several purchases from Dan’s. My last purchase was March 2006. The transaction was smooth, the shipping expedient, and packaging was conducted with care.
It is for this reason that I am dismayed that they appear to have gone out of business. Their website has not been operational for weeks, they do not respond to emails generated from numerous accounts – including D-mail and correspondences that include attachments of previous purchase invoices, and request my ability to place a new order.
Additionally, a recording answers their toll number (from my past purchase and above). The recording does not indicate a name of person answering the phone, or name of a company. Additionally they do not return these calls once the caller leaves a message. I hope they are alright.
